What do I need to sign a contract?
After purchasing the SIM card start pack, you need your credit card and e-mail address to activate the service on the dedicated application site.
Can I cancel at any time? Is there a cancellation fee?
You can cancel the contract at any time by setting the automatic contract renewal OFF from My Page. There is no cancellation fee.
You can use the service until the day before the update date even after the automatic update OFF is set.
When will I be charged?
Every year, the credit card registered will be charged on the first day of the month following the contract month (activation month).
In addition, data recharge fee will be charged to the credit card registered around the 25th of the same month. The call charge which excess the free call quota will be charged on 25th of next month.
Are there any numbers that cannot be dialed by 050 telephone service (IP phone)?
You cannot make calls to the following call destinations.
・ Calls to emergency calls (110, 118, 119)
・ Calls to 3-digit number services (104, 115, etc.)
・ Call to toll-free number (0120, 0570)
