On the 25th of every month, we will send you an email with information about your payment.
You can also confirm the details of your bill through our website:(https://user.jpmob.jp/tw/users/bill_detail)
Please complete your payment before the end of the month using your selected payment method.
If your payment will not be completed by the end of the month, the service will be stopped on first day of the next month. However, provided that you will complete your payment until last day of the month when your service was stopped, it will be resumed.

SmartPit

About Payment at Convenient Stores:
You can make payments at convenient stores by using the Smart Pit Number (13 digits) available on your My Page in DXHUB website.
As payment procedure varies between different convenient stores, please check for details on the Payment Page. After the first payment, you can make future payments using the Smart Pit Card that comes along with JP Smart SIM.

Of the two options that show up, choose the one that says 「スマートピットお支払い(Smartpit payment)」.
※When you insert a passcode which is not 「13桁」(13 digits), the 「スマートピットお支払い(Smartpit payment)」 screen will not show up. In that case, press the 「前へ(Previous)」 button or the 「前に戻る(To previous)」 and re-input your 「スマートピット番号(13桁)」{「Smartpit code(13 digits)」}.

Confirm your payment information again. Then press the 「確定する(confirm)」button.

After your subscription ticket is issued, please confirm that 「スマートピットお支払い申込券(Smartpit payment subsription ticket)」is printed on your subscription ticket, and make your payment at the cash register.
※The subsription ticket is only valid for 30 minutes after it is issued. Please make your payment within 30 minutes.

*The amount will be deducted on the 27th of each month. In case the 27th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the amount will be deducted on the following business day.

<初期費用>
The initial cost can be paid at a convenience store using Smart Pit. You can also use cash-on-delivery (COD) for CALL SIM.

<Monthly bill>
In case of direct debit, the breakdown of monthly bills, which start from the month after signing the contract, is below:
・Basic charges for the next month
・Call charges for the month before last
・Optional charges for last month

<支付方法變更>
●Other payment methods → Change to direct debit
Once you complete the procedure for changing the payment method through My Page, direct debit payments will be made from the month after the application.
*Please note that if you have any unpaid bills using the previous payment method, the change to direct debit will not be made.

●銀行轉帳→變更至其它支付方式
We can only accept changing the payment method to credit card payments. Complete the procedure for "Change payment method" on My Page and credit card payments will be made from the month after the application.
*Please note that if you have any unpaid bills using direct debit, the change to credit card payment will not be made.

<方案變更>
If you submit the plan change request before the end of the month, the new plan will be applied on the 1st day of the month after next. After submitting your application, billing for the new plan will start on the following month.

<解約時的帳單>
In case of direct debit, you can cancel our service at any time of the month; however, the contract will be terminated on the last day of the following month (cancellation month). Please note that billing will continue for two months following the cancellation month.

根據使用狀況,解約月的下下月為止也有可能會被扣除實際使用款項,敬請注意。

銀行轉帳


You can use WeChat, AliPay, UnionPay pay cards to make payments.
You can make your payment after you have selected your paycard on the application page and filled out all necessary information.
Every month, you can make your payment on your My Page.

Paycards

CALL SIM now supports cash on delivery as one of the payment methods for the initial fee.
You can pay the initial fee by cash to the delivery person when the SIM card package arrives. There is no extra charge for COD service required.
The monthly fee will have to be paid at convenience store using Smart Pit card, so please check the part of convenience store as well.

If the cash-on-delivery product is not received and is returned to us after the storage period, your application will be cancelled.
