【eSIM お取扱いに関する注意事項】：

・ご使用の端末がeSIM対応かつSIMフリー、またはSIMロック解除済みであることを必ず確認してください。 
・eSIMのダウンロード・インストールおよび設定にはWiFi接続が必要です。 
・eSIMは一度有効化されると、再度の読み取りや、他の端末での使用はできません。 
・本製品は、アクティベーションコードが発行された時点で自動的に利用開始になり、プランの有効期限がカウントされます。 
・ご購入日から1年以内に必ず開通手続きを行ってください。1年を過ぎると開通できなくなる場合があり、返品や返金は対応できません。 
・本製品はスマートフォンでの利用を前提とした製品です。モバイルWiFiルーター（ポケットWiFi）での利用は推奨しておりません。

※ This product is for eSIM compatible devices only. This product does not include physical SIM cards. 
※ After your eSIM order confirmation, if your order was placed before 14;00, the eSIM product link will be emailed to you on the same day. Therefore, please make sure to confirm that your email address is correct before placing the order. If you need to use the eSIM immediately, please contact DXHUB Customer Support after placing the order. 
※ You will receive an email with the title “【DXHUB】eSIM Activation Code Has Been Issued”. Within this email, you will receive the eSIM activate code and instructions on how to set up the eSIM, etc. Please make sure to confirm the content of the email. 
※ After the email with the title “【DXHUB】eSIM Activation Code Has Been Issued” has been sent out, any requests for refunds will not be accepted.
※ If you consume a large amount of data within a short period of time, please understand that we may restrict your internet speed in order to maintain fair usage. 

※Please make sure to complete the activation within 1 year from the date of purchase.
After 1 year after the purchase date, you may not be able to activate the purchased eSIM. In this case, any requests for return and refund will not be accepted.

※The listed internet speed is the maximum possible speed given the technical standard. It is not the same as the actual internet speed, which may change depending on factors such as data congestion. The actual internet speed also may change depending on the area of use.  
【Notice on Operating eSIM】
●Please make sure that your device is eSIM compatible and SIM free (or SIM unlocked). 
●WIFI connection is required for downloading, installing, and setting up eSIM.
●Once the eSIM is activated, the activation QR code cannot be scanned again and the eSIM cannot be installed onto another device. 
●The count down on the eSIM`s valid period begins after the activation code has been issued.

●This product is designed to be used on smartphones. Please do not use it on mobile WIFI routers (pocket WIFI).
