Before You Apply
確認簽約時的必要事項
- Only available for the applicant themselves, who's 18 years old and above.
- 在留卡 需滿31日以上的有効期限及記載現居地 (持有日本国籍者,則需提供有効期限内有記載現居地並附有臉部照片的身分證明文件,如駕照等）
- 初期費用（依選擇方案而有所不同）
- MNP（攜碼移轉）預約號碼（有効期限需尚有7日以上）
- 如是與日本三大電信公司綁約的智慧型手機需事先進行SIM卡的解鎖
取得MNP預約號碼
- MNP預約號碼的有效期限為發行號碼後的15日(含發行日)。
- 申請時如MNP預約號碼的有效期限未滿7日以上則無法接受辦理。
- MNP預約號碼的名字需與申請時的名字相同。
