- Free of charge of 1st month is only available for customers who used at least 3 months. (Except the contract month)
- Since the contract-month is free of charge and the initial fee included the monthly charge of 2nd month, the soonest timing that you can terminate your contract would be at the 2nd month.

※When device is lost: 11,000 yen (tax included). When damaged: Free of charge (both would be 22,000 yen tax included without safety support pack). When malfunctioning: Free of charge. - If we do not receive your returned device after you have terminated your contract, you will be charged 22,000 yen (tax included), or 11,000 yen(tax included) with subscription of safety support pack.

The contract termination month would be the month which the WIFI router arrived Kyoto Office.
If you want to terminate the contract next month, please contact the customer service centre before 23rd of the previous month. Then, please return the WIFI router, USB cord and adaptor to our Kyoto office.
If you lost the USB cord, 2,200 yen(tax included) will be charged from your account. (With Safety Support Pack: 1,100 yen(tax included))
Please be kindly reminded that if your WIFI router does not arrive before the end of the month, a monthly fee of next month will be charged.
Example: If the preferred contract termination month is October, please contact us before 23rd September.
