Network issue solved
Thank you very much for using JP SMART SIM. We had a network issue announced a short while ago, but now it's all recovered. Please follow the instruction below for re-connect to our service.

Please reset the network settings on your phone by following the procedures below:
Delete all APN profiles and reset network settings on your phone.
Turn off your phone, take out the sim card and gently clean the chip on the back, and put it back into your phone.
Turn on your phone and set up the APN profile again.
Regarding the APN setting, please kindly follow the instructions below.
1.Set up APN profile
For Android devices, go to 「Settings」→「More」→「Cellular networks」→Select「Access Point Names」
Authentication type: PAP or CHAP
For Iphone devices, please download the APN profile from the following link:
2.Check if your 4G function is activated
For Android devices:Settings →More→Cellular Networks→Preferred Network Type→Choose LTE only
For Iphone devices: Settings→Cellular→Cellular Data Options→Enable 4G→Choose Voice & Data or Data Only
