Phone inquries will be suspended and will be resumed starting from May 7, 2020 (Thur) .

Since internet is provided through the "Cloud wifi" service, you are able to use internet anywhere and anytime you want. You are able to enjoy watching videos and playing games with our service. ※1

- Free of charge of 1st month is only available for customers who used at least 3 months. (Except the contract month)
- Since the contract-month is free of charge and the initial fee included the monthly charge of 2nd month, the soonest timing that you can terminate your contract would be at the 2nd month.
Safety Support pack: Only available at application phase.
※Loss of the device: 10,000 yen penalty. Damage: no charge (20,000 yen for customers who do not have Safety Support Pack) Out of service: no charge.
- If the WIFI router is not returned during contract termination, the charge would be 20000 yen (With Safety Support Pack: 10000 yen)
The contract termination month would be the month which the WIFI router arrived Kyoto Office.
If you want to terminate the contract next month, please contact the customer service centre before 23rd of the previous month. Then, please return the WIFI router, USB cord and adaptor to our Kyoto office.
If you lost the USB code, 2,000yen will be charged from your account. (With Safety Support Pack: 1,000 yen)
Please be kindly reminded that if your WIFI router does not arrive before the end of the month, a monthly fee of next month will be charged.
Example: If the preferred contract termination month is October, please contact us before 23rd September.

Fill in the application form online, and upload photos of both sides of your Residence card.
Complete payment for the inital fee. (Contract administration fee + Monthly fee for next month)
The Wifi device will be sent with free shipping, and sent out on the same day of application at the shortest.
Turn on the power to connect to internet.

Contact Our Customer Support Center
Fill in the inquiry form with your name, registered email, SSID of device, and tell us that you want to terminate your contract.
Please confirm the reply from our customer support center, which details of the contract termination fee will be included, and complete the payment. (Skip to Step 3 if you have applied during our campaign period, where contract termination fee is free)
Return the Rental Kit
Put the wifi device, usb cable, and AC adapter inside the "Letter Pack" sent to you along with the kit, and put the Letter Pack inside your nearest postbox.
All Procedures Done
All procedures will be complete once the device arrives at DX Hub's office.
(A penalty fee will be charged if the device is broken.)
Frequently asked questions
What is the cover area?
We support networks of multiple domestic carriers. The network of the most suitable carrier will be automatically connected depending on the usage situation and environment. (Customers cannot select carrier) However, please note that there may be some cases which WIFI is not able to be connected, including areas where are difficult to receive radio waves or areas where the product is not compatible with.
What's the internet speed?
According to the LTE Best Effort, download speed can go up to 150 Mbps and upload speed can go up to 50 Mbps at maximum (It is reduced to 375 kbps if exceeding the allowed limit).
Can I stop for one month when I return my country?
Unfortunately, temporary suspension of service is not available.
Am I able to topup for the 100 GB plan?
Unfortunately, you are unable to topup data. For heavy internet data users, we recommend the the UNLIMITED Plan.
Can I use it overseas?
The Wifi internet service can only be used within Japan.
Where can I receive it?
The device kit will be sent to you place of stay in Japan. (Address registered on Residence card)
Am I able to change my delivery address after I place the order?
Please note that the device kit can only be sent to the address registered on your Residence card.
Am I able to track my package?
After the kit is sent out, we will notify you with the tracking number and shipping information through email.
Will I be charged even when I'm not using it?
The monthly fee will still be charged even if you aren't using the service.

How do I return it?
Please put the device, USB cord, and AC adapter into the "Letter Pack" we send you, and put the Letter Pack into the postbox. Please send it so that the kit arrives at our Kyoto office before the date of contract termination. (Next month's fee will be charged if the kit arrives late.)
