【eSIMお取り扱いに関する注意事項】：

・ご使用の端末がeSIM対応かつSIMフリー、またはSIMロック解除済みであることを必ず確認してください。 ・eSIM
のダウンロード・インストールおよび設定にはWiFi接続が必要です。 
それでは、もう一度の読み取りや、他の端末での使用はできません。 

・本製品は、アクティベーションコードが発行された時点で自動的に利用開始となり、プランの有効期限がカウントされます。

・ご購入日から1年以内に必ず開通手続きを行ってください。1年を過ぎると開通できなくなる場合があり、返品や返金は対応できません 
。モバイルWiFiルーター（ポケットWiFi）での利用は推奨しておりません。

※This product will be delivered to the email address you have submitted within 5 minutes of order placement. Please be sure to provide the correct email address before placing your order. 

※If your email setting blocks the domain of "@emails.islandcloud.co", you may not be able to receive our email. Please make sure to change your email setting so you are able to receive emails from "@emails.islandcloud.co". 
※If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder. If the email is also not in your spam folder, please contact the customer support. 
※You will receive an email with the title “【IMPORTANT】【DXHUB】 eSIM delivery information”. In this email, we will send you instructions on setting up the eSIM. Please be sure to check the instructions provided in the email. 
※After the email titled “【IMPORTANT】【DXHUB】 eSIM delivery information” has been sent to the email address you specified, any requests for refunds will not be accepted.

※If you consume a large amount of data within a short period of time, please understand that we may restrict your internet speed in order to maintain fair usage. 
※The listed internet speed is the maximum possible speed given the technical standard. It is not the same as the actual internet speed, which may change depending on factors such as data congestion. The actual internet speed also may change depending on the area of use.  

※Please make sure to complete the activation within 1 year from the date of purchase.
After 1 year after the purchase date, you may not be able to activate the purchased eSIM. In this case, any requests for return and refund will not be accepted.

【Notice on Operating eSIM】
●Please make sure that your device is eSIM compatible and SIM free (or SIM unlocked). 
●WIFI connection is required for downloading, installing, and setting up eSIM.
●Once the eSIM is activated, the activation QR code cannot be scanned again and the eSIM cannot be installed onto another device. 
●The count down on the eSIM`s valid period begins on the first day of activation. 
●This product is designed to be used on smartphones. We do not recommend using it on mobile WIFI routers (pocket WIFI).
