Quá trình xác minh danh tính sẽ hoàn tất ngay sau khi chính chủ người đăng ký hợp đồng trực tiếp nhận thẻ SIM hoặc tài liệu có ghi mã kích hoạt eSIM. Sau khi xác minh thành công, bạn có thể bắt đầu sử dụng thẻ SIM hoặc eSIM của mình.
Gói SIM của bạn sẽ được vận chuyển qua Sagawa Express sau khi khoản thanh toán ban đầu và quá trình xét duyệt đơn đăng ký hoàn tất.
Thời gian giao hàng thông thường
- Hoàn thành trước 14:00: Giao hàng trong cùng ngày.
- Hoàn thành sau 14:00: Xử lý vào ngày làm việc tiếp theo.
Lịch trình cuối năm và năm mới
1. SIM mới
- Hoàn thành trước 12:00 trưa ngày 28/12 → Gửi hàng trong ngày
- Hoàn thành từ sau 12:00 trưa ngày 28/12 đến ngày 5/1 → Hàng sẽ được gửi đi lần lượt bắt đầu từ ngày 5/1.
2. SIM chuyển mạng (MNP)
- Hoàn thành trước 2:00 chiều ngày 25/12 → Gửi hàng trong ngày
- Hoàn thành sau 2:00 chiều ngày 25/12 đến ngày 5/1 → Hàng sẽ được gửi đi lần lượt bắt đầu từ ngày 5/1.
- Hoàn thành từ ngày 6/1 trở đi → Áp dụng lịch trình thông thường
Lưu ý quan trọng
- Giao hàng trong ngày chỉ áp dụng sau khi hoàn tất xác nhận thanh toán và xét duyệt đơn đăng ký.
- Ngày giao hàng có thể thay đổi tùy thuộc vào điều kiện vận chuyển và tình trạng hàng hóa.
- Nếu ngày giao hàng bạn chọn không khả dụng, gói hàng sẽ được gửi đi vào ngày sớm nhất có thể.
- Đối với các đảo xa hoặc khu vực mà Sagawa Express không thể giao hàng, phương thức vận chuyển thay thế có thể được sử dụng.
Vâng. Vui lòng tải lên giấy tờ tùy thân của bạn trong quá trình đăng ký trực tuyến. Bạn cũng cần xuất trình giấy tờ tùy thân đó cho nhân viên giao hàng của Sagawa khi nhận hàng.
Không. Bạn phải trực tiếp nhận thẻ SIM hoặc tài liệu kích hoạt eSIM. Không thể nhờ người khác nhận hộ.
Nếu quý khách không có mặt khi giao hàng, nhân viên giao hàng của Sagawa sẽ để lại phiếu thông báo giao hàng trong hộp thư của quý khách. Vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn trên phiếu để yêu cầu giao hàng lại.

Identity verification is completed when your SIM card or eSIM activation document is delivered by Sagawa courier. After successful verification, your SIM card or eSIM activation can be used immediately.
Your SIM package will be shipped via Sagawa Express after your application review and initial payment are completed.
Regular Period
- Applications completed by 2:00 PM: Shipped on the same day. Earliest delivery: approximately 4 days later. Example: Applied at 1:00 PM on 5/12 → Earliest delivery from 5/16
- Applications completed after 2:00 PM: Processed on the next business day. Earliest delivery: approximately 5 days later. Example: Applied at 4:00 PM on 5/12 → Earliest delivery from 5/17
Year-End & New Year Schedule
1. New SIM
- Applications completed by 12:00 PM on 12/28 → Earliest delivery from 1/1
- Applications completed between 12/28 after 12:00 PM and 1/5 → Earliest delivery from 1/9
- Applications from 1/6 onward → Regular schedule applies
2. MNP SIM
- Applications completed by 2:00 PM on 12/25 → Earliest delivery from 12/29
- Applications completed after 2:00 PM on 12/25 through 1/5 → Earliest delivery from 1/9
- Applications from 1/6 onward → Regular schedule applies
Important Notes
- Same-day shipping is available only after both payment confirmation and application review are completed.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on shipping conditions and availability.
- If your selected delivery date is unavailable, the package will be shipped on the earliest possible date.
- For remote islands or areas where Sagawa Express cannot deliver, an alternative shipping method may be used.
- Identity verification will be conducted as part of the application review process before shipment.
Yes. Please upload your ID document during the online application process. You will also need to present the same ID to the Sagawa courier staff upon delivery.
No. Your SIM card or eSIM activation document must be received by you in person. Delivery cannot be accepted by someone else on your behalf.
If you are unavailable during delivery, Sagawa courier will leave a delivery notice slip in your mailbox. Please follow the instructions on the slip to request a redelivery.
