Sagawa Express has started verifying your identity when applying for a CALL SIM.

Starting June 15, 2026 (Monday), we have begun offering an identity verification service using Sagawa Express's "Recipient Verification Support" for CALL SIM applications.

■ Background of Service Launch
Following the new implementation of second-generation residence cards and specific residence cards (residence card + My Number card) on June 14, 2026 (Sunday), our service will now offer identity verification using Sagawa Express's "Recipient Verification Support" to accommodate non-face-to-face applications using these residence cards.

*Even if you apply using an older residence card (issued on or before June 13, 2026), you can still choose the identity verification service provided by Sagawa Express.

■How to Use
1. Upload a copy of your residence card when applying online.
2. Pay the initial fee.
3. SIM card / eSIM activation code will be handed over after the contract holder verifies the residence card upon delivery by Sagawa Express.
4. Start using the service after receiving the SIM package.
