We have changed our company name to "CoeNova Co., Ltd."

Effective July 1, 2026, we changed our company name from "DXHUB Co., Ltd." to "CoeNova Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as CoeNova). 

In conjunction with the name change, we have also completely revamped our corporate website. Under our new corporate brand, we will further accelerate the creation of services that solve social issues.

■Background of the Name Change to CoeNova DXHUB, the predecessor of CoeNova, had a name that reflected our desire to "become a HUB connecting the latest digital technology with people and companies, and create a better future." As we expanded our business and received support from many people, and as our services truly became a HUB, we reconsidered our starting point.

Therefore, we redefined what has been the foundation of our business, from the founding of ImageWorks and JP Mobile to the present and into the future, and decided to change our company name to reflect a better future. That is CoeNova. 

■The Meaning Behind CoeNova Our new company name, CoeNova, is a combination of "Coe" (voice) and "Nova" (new star).

We believe that there is potential to create new value in the small voices of individuals and in challenges that have not yet been put into words. Starting from these voices, we will find the essence of the challenges, create new systems and services with the power of technology and people, and deliver them to society. And we hope that each of these challenges will become a new light that illuminates society. This is the sentiment we have put into CoeNova.

◇Purpose: A society where no one is left behind by change and can move forward in their own way As changes in society and business accelerate, behind the convenience there are people who cannot keep up with the changes or who cannot speak up. CoeNova focuses on the situations of each individual and aims to realize a society where everyone can move forward in their own way.

◇Vision: Picking up the voiceless voices and changing society The challenges that we really need to face are not always expressed in easily understandable words. CoeNova carefully picks up on subtle inconsistencies and unspoken voices from the field, connecting them to change that improves society.

◇Mission: To grasp the essence of a problem, implement a system that enables everyone to move forward, and deliver it to the end. Simply identifying a problem doesn't create change. CoeNova discerns the underlying essence, shapes it into a system that everyone can use, and builds it to a state where it is used daily and its value is delivered. Our role at CoeNova is not to stop at creation, but to deliver it to a state where people and organizations can actually move forward.
